Julia Polkinghorne
Originally from a rice/wheat/sheep farm west of Deniliquin, NSW, Julia now lives and works in Canberra. Along the way she has tried her hand at law, farming, financial planning and the public service and picked up a Bachelor of Theology as well.
Julia began a full-time role as a Pastoral Assistant with New Life Presbyterian Church in Gungahlin ACT, in 2014.
Her greatest passion is opening the Bible with people of all ages to discover more of God’s amazing love for us in Jesus. Her other loves include words, her nieces and nephew, rodeo, people and cooking.
